Shipping Policy

General Information

O2Mart (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides delivery of automotive products and accessories within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). All orders placed onwww.o2mart.aeare processed and shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Shipping Policy, which forms part of O2Mart’s Terms of Use and complies with UAE Federal Law on Consumer Protection and related regulations issued by the Ministry of Economy.

Shipping Coverage

O2Mart currently delivers to all major cities and emirates across the UAE, including: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Certain remote areas may have limited service coverage or extended delivery timelines depending on the courier’s operational zones.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp message once your order has been accepted.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time within the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days or as scheduled with the service provider if installation is requested.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Certain products may include free delivery promotions.
  • Additional fees may apply for oversized items or remote areas.
  • O2Mart reserves the right to adjust delivery charges in line with courier rates.

Third-Party Couriers

O2Mart partners with reputable third-party couriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Once your "Delivery Only" order has been accepted:

  • You will receive a tracking number to monitor shipment progress.
  • The courier becomes responsible for the physical delivery of your order.
  • Any delivery delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit will be handled in accordance with the courier’s policies and UAE consumer protection laws.

O2Mart will assist customers in resolving courier-related issues; however, O2Mart is not liable for delays or service failures beyond its reasonable control.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address), the package may be returned to O2Mart or held by the courier.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.
  • Orders not claimed within 7 calendar days may be canceled and refunded, subject to applicable return deductions.

Receipt of Goods

Upon receiving the order, customers are required to:

  • Inspect the package for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt, if any.
  • Retain the courier receipt as proof of delivery.
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged items to O2Mart Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery via [email protected] or WhatsApp

Failure to notify within this period may limit O2Mart’s ability to process claims against the courier.

Split Deliveries

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability, location, or supplier source. You will receive updates and tracking details for each shipment.

Delivery Restrictions

Deliveries cannot be made to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military zones or restricted areas
  • Locations outside the UAE
