Unless stated otherwise on your invoice, your warranty begins from the invoice date.

● Return eligibility and process will follow the specific terms outlined in your quotation.
● According to the type of product purchased, not all products are eligible for returns.
● Some parts might be on final sale and ineligible for returns, this will be clearly marked in your quotation.
● Once the product packaging has been opened or the auto part has been installed, we can't accept its return.
● You are eligible for a full refund if the order has not been processed.
● If the order has been processed, but not shipped, services fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
● Refunds are made to the original mode of payment

If the error was discovered after delivery and prior to opening the package, you can simply request an exchange with the correct part. The cost of the part exchange will be added to your invoice.
If the auto part’s packaging was opened or an installation attempt was made, please contact customer service for further instructions. However, a return is unlikely at this point.
